ACCREDITATION OF FOREIGN PRINCIPAL/EMPLOYER
With a good working relationships with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), Department of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines (DFA), the Philippine embassies/consular offices, and the Migrant Workers Office (MWO), worldwide, Channel International may provide services for the verification of foreign principals. Its services include the preparation, submission, and follow up with the concerned MWO and DMW for the release of the required accreditation.
SOURCING OF APPLICANTS
Channel International maintains a large database of applicants, grouped by talent and skills, is updated periodically. To further ensure an adequate source of applicants, Channel International participates in nationwide job fairs, registered with online job platforms, and social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION
Channel International utilizes modern IT tools for applicant pre-screening, testing and evaluation. Background checks are also performed for selected candidates who are shortlisted for foreign principal/employer interviews.
FINAL INTERVIEW FACILITATIONS
Based on the shortlisted candidates, the foreign principal/employer may decide to interview online which Channel International may arrange. If the foreign principal/employer would like to conduct face-to-face interview, Channel International can organize as it has interview rooms for this purpose.
PREPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT PAPERS AND FACILITATION OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Once the candidate is offered employment by the foreign principal/employer and signed, Channel International shall assist the candidate to prepare employment and travel documents for evaluation / approval by the DMW.
Channel International assists and escorts the worker at the airport on the day of departure. This is to ensure that the worker travels worry free.
WORKERS AND BENEFICIARIES WELFARE
Channel International has a team of Welfare Desk Officers (WEDO) who monitors and tracks the workers who are employed overseas. It monitors the conditions and safety of the workers and reports the same to the DMW and families of the workers. Monitoring ensures the compliance of the employer and worker on salary remittance, social security and medical/health coverage.
