Accreditation Process

All employers (foreign principals) are required to undergo authentication and verification  at their designated locations worldwide with the Migrant Workers Office (MWO), formerly Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO).  Once authenticated, Channel will walk through employers accreditation process with the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), formerly Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.

  2. Affidavit of Responsibility
  3. Affidavit of Undertaking
  4. Standard Employment Contract
  5. Manpower Request/Initial Job Order

DOCUMENTS TO BE PREPARED BY FOREIGN PRINCIPAL/EMPLOYER

  1. Copy of Company Registration
  2. Identification of the President
  3. Passport Copy of the President

All documents for accreditation shall be verified by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate General Office/ Migrant Workers Office which has jurisdiction over the jobsite.

In cases where there is no Philippine embassy or consulate in the jobsite, the principal/employer may submit the documents to the Administration for attestation.

SEND BACK ALL THE DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS TO CHANNEL INTERNATIONAL

The Administration shall issue , upon full compliance with the requirements, a certificate of accreditation duly signed by the officer.

The Department of Migrant Workers shall register a principal/employer duly accredited by the Migrant Workers Office upon submission of the certificate of accreditation by the MWO, including the supporting documents.
